I’ve lost my proof card or code – what now?

Don’t worry — we can help you access your child’s photos even if the proof card has been lost or misplaced.

The proof card is a printed slip sent home from school after photo day. It includes:

• A preview image

• A unique login code

• A QR code or web link to access your child’s photo gallery

You’ll need that code to view and order your child’s photos online.

You have two options:

1. Contact your child’s school

Ask if the card has already been handed out. Occasionally they may still be holding onto it or can confirm the code on your behalf.

2. Contact us directly

Email us at customercare@wrates.co.uk with the following details:

• Your full name

• Your child’s name

• Their school and class/year group

🔒 Important: For data protection reasons, we may need to confirm permission with the school before releasing the login code to you.

If you’ve ordered with us before using your email address, there’s a good chance your child’s gallery is already linked to your account.
