What is a proof card and where can I find my login code?
A proof card is a printed slip sent home from school after photo day. It contains everything you need to view and order your child’s photographs.
🧾 What’s on the proof card?
Your proof card includes:
A preview of your child’s photograph
A unique login code linked to their private photo gallery
A QR code that takes you directly to our ordering website
The web address: https://order.wrates.co.uk
You’ll need this code to register and access your child’s gallery online.
🧍♂️ Who gives out the proof cards?
Proof cards are delivered to your school by Wrates and then handed out to students by school staff. They’re typically distributed a few days after photo day.
❓Haven’t received your proof card?
If you didn’t receive one:
Contact your school office, they can contact us for your access code.
Or email us directly at customercare@wrates.co.uk with your child’s name, class, and school
Please note: For security and data protection, we may contact your school to confirm permission before releasing your login code.
Once you have your code, you can register online and start ordering!
