How do I use a discount or promo code?

We make discounts simple — in most cases, there’s nothing you need to enter manually.

For the first 14 days after photo day, discounted prices are automatically applied when you log into your child’s gallery. There's no need to enter a code — the reduced prices will show straight away.

• This offer is available to everyone with a valid login

• You'll see the discounted prices on each product before checkout

• No promo code required

If you’ve received a special promo code (e.g. through a school event or email offer), here’s how to use it:

1. Add your selected products to your basket

2. At checkout, look for the promo code box

3. Enter your code and click ‘Apply’

4. Your discount will be reflected in the total before you confirm payment

• Make sure your code was entered exactly as shown (codes are case-sensitive)

• Check the expiry date or any terms linked to the offer
