Why was I charged delivery?

You may see a delivery charge on your order if it was placed after the school’s deadline or if you selected home delivery during checkout.

We offer free delivery to your school for all orders placed within the school's ordering window — usually a 14-day period after proof cards are distributed.

• The deadline date is printed on your proof card

• Orders placed before this date are grouped together and sent to the school

• School staff then hand these out to students

Yes — even before the deadline, you always have the option to pay for standard home delivery if you'd prefer to receive your order sooner.

• Home delivery is often faster, as it doesn’t depend on the school deadline or school distribution

• Ideal if you want your prints early or prefer direct delivery

A delivery fee applies if:

• You choose home delivery at checkout

• Your school has opted for home delivery only

• You place your order after the free school deadline

The fee covers more than just postage — it also includes:

• Individual order handling

• Postal insurance (we’ll replace your order free of charge if lost or damaged)

• Secure packing and dispatch to your address
