Will there be a retake day?

Retake days are not guaranteed; they’re arranged at the discretion of your child’s school.

Retakes are scheduled only if the school requests one and there is availability in our photographer calendar.

If your child was:

• Absent on photo day, or

• You’re unhappy with the original photograph

Please contact your school office directly to find out if a retake session is planned.

Unfortunately, we cannot arrange individual retake bookings directly with parents. Any additional photography sessions must be coordinated through the school.

If a retake is confirmed:

• You’ll receive a new proof card or gallery login once the updated photo is ready

• The new photo will appear in a separate gallery linked to the new photo session
