How do I request access to our school's portal?

Our secure school portal allows school staff to view, download and manage photographs after photo day. You can access class and staff photos, generate class maps, and export images for your school’s MIS/ID systems.

If your school hasn't accessed the portal before:

1. Go to the link above

2. Click Create account in the top right

3. Enter the access code we provided by email

4. Complete your name, school email address and a secure password

✅ Once registered, your account will be linked to your school and give you access to the current photo day.

Multiple staff members can register their own accounts using the same access code — no need to share login credentials.

If you've used the portal before:

1. Log in with your school email and password

2. Enter the new access code provided in your most recent photo day email

3. The new gallery will be added to your account, alongside previous sessions

You can view multiple years and photo days from a single login.

Each staff member can create their own login using the same access code. We recommend this approach for better security and easier individual access management.
