If a student missed photo day, we understand how important it is to include them in your records, class materials, and internal systems. Here’s how we can help.

πŸ“† Can we arrange a retake?

We may be able to arrange a retake if a number of students were absent and we have photographer availability in your area.

  • Retakes are only offered when there are enough absentees to justify a return visit

  • Availability is limited and only possible on quieter days

  • Please contact our team to discuss whether a retake can be scheduled for your school

🏫 Can the student be photographed elsewhere?

Potentially, yes. If another nearby school uses our services, we may be able to accommodate the student there, but this must be arranged directly between the school and our team.

  • It depends on location, schedule, and permission from the other school


πŸ–Ό Can we upload our own photo?

Yes β€” if a student missed photo day, you can upload their photo directly into your MIS platform for use in your internal school systems (e.g. ID cards or class records).

  • Uploads must be done through your MIS, not through our school portal

  • These images are not visible to parents and will not appear in the ordering system

  • The uploaded photo will only appear in your internal school records and any exports linked to your MIS


πŸ” Will the student still appear in class maps or lists?

Yes β€” even if a student missed photo day, they will still appear in:

  • Class maps

  • Student lists

  • Portal views (as a placeholder image)

They will not appear in printed class photos unless an actual image is available.
