How do we book future photo days or make changes?

We aim to make booking your school’s photo day as simple and stress-free as possible.

To save you time, we automatically schedule your photo day for the same time next year. You don’t need to contact us unless you’d like to change it.

• Around 3 months before your provisional booking, we’ll get in touch to confirm the date and check you’re still happy with it.

• You’ll have the option to reschedule, update the format (e.g. adding sibling photos), or cancel if needed.

If you’d like to:

• Request a new date

• Change the type of photography (e.g. class photos, team photos, nursery leavers)

• Combine multiple year groups

Simply email our team at schools@wrates.co.uk with your preferred dates and any special requirements.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and confirm your new booking.

Autumn term dates fill up quickly — the earlier you confirm, the more likely we can secure your preferred date.
