Can we use our own staff photos?

Yes — we can use staff photos provided by your school, as long as they meet the following requirements:

To ensure high-quality results, please make sure your images are:

• High-resolution JPG files

• Taken against a plain background

• Full head and shoulders visible

• Consistent lighting and framing across all images (if possible)

• Free from watermarks or editing overlays

Photos must either be:

• Taken by your school or an authorised staff member

• Or have written permission for use from the original photographer

We cannot accept externally sourced photos unless copyright has been clearly released.

Submit your photos along with staff names and job titles via:
