Yes — every staff board order includes a proof layout for your review before anything is printed.
✅ What the proof includes
Your proof will show:
The full layout of your staff board
Staff photos, names, and job titles
Your school name, logo, and any headers
The chosen board type and size
This gives you a chance to check everything is accurate and laid out the way you’d like.
📝 What you need to do
Once you receive your proof:
Carefully check all names, titles, and photo placements
Reply with any corrections or confirm approval
Once approved, we’ll print and dispatch your board within 24 hours
No board goes to print without your sign-off — so you can be confident in the final result.
