Yes — every school that uses our staff photography service is entitled to one complimentary framed staff board per academic year.

Fully designed with staff names, job titles, and your school logo
Delivered to your school after approval of the proof
🔁 What if we need another one?
Need a second board for another building, reception area, or a reprint due to updates?
Additional or replacement boards are chargeable

🛠 Need to update your board mid-year?
We also offer a simple staff board update service. You can send changes or new staff photos, and we’ll send you a new proof for approval before printing a refreshed version.
