What information can be shown on ID badges?

Our ID badges are fully customisable to include the information your school needs for staff, visitors, governors, and students.

Your ID badges can include:

• Staff member’s full name

• Job title or role

• School name and logo

• Photograph (taken by us or supplied by the school)

• DBS number (if required)

• Valid until / issue dates

• Any other important identification details your school uses

• Our in-house design team can create a badge layout for you

• Already have a school template? We can use that too

• Badges are printed on white, credit-card-sized plastic cards

• You can also choose from a range of lanyard colours or clips, and optional badge holders
