How long do ID badges take to arrive?

We aim to get your badges to you as quickly as possible — from proof to print and delivery in just a few days.

• 📨 Step 1: Order received
  Once your form or request is submitted, we’ll send a proof for approval within 7 working days.

• ✅ Step 2: Proof approved
  As soon as we receive your approval, badges are printed and dispatched within 24 hours.

Your ID badges will usually arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on location and courier.

Your timeline may be affected if:

• 📷 Photos are missing or unclear

• ✍️ Staff names or details are incomplete

• ⏳ Proof approval is delayed

• 🎨 A custom layout is requested and needs design work

• Ensure all required information is accurate

• Submit high-quality, plain-background photos

• Approve proofs as soon as possible
