My login code doesn’t work – what should I do?
If your login code isn’t working, don’t worry — it’s usually something simple. Here’s what to check and what to do next:
✅ 1. Double-check the code
Make sure the code is entered exactly as shown on your proof card or in your text/email.
Codes are case-sensitive — use capital letters where shown
Watch out for common mix-ups like:
Letter O and number 0
Letter I and number 1
🔁 2. Refresh the page or try a different device
Sometimes a temporary loading issue or browser setting might cause the problem.

Or use a different device or web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari)
🧾 3. Make sure you're on the right website
Double-check that you’re logging in via the correct link printed on your proof card or sent by your school.

If you’ve tried all the above and the code still isn’t accepted, contact our team with the following:
Your child’s full name
Their school name
Their class or year group (if known)
Your email address or phone number
We’ll look it up and resend your login details if needed.
