My login code doesn’t work – what should I do?

If your login code isn’t working, don’t worry — it’s usually something simple. Here’s what to check and what to do next:


✅ 1. Double-check the code

Make sure the code is entered exactly as shown on your proof card or in your text/email.

  • Codes are case-sensitive — use capital letters where shown

  • Watch out for common mix-ups like:

    • Letter O and number 0

    • Letter I and number 1


🔁 2. Refresh the page or try a different device

Sometimes a temporary loading issue or browser setting might cause the problem.

  • Try refreshing the page

  • Or use a different device or web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari)


🧾 3. Make sure you're on the right website

Double-check that you’re logging in via the correct link printed on your proof card or sent by your school.


❌ Still not working?

If you’ve tried all the above and the code still isn’t accepted, contact our team with the following:

  • Your child’s full name

  • Their school name

  • Their class or year group (if known)

  • Your email address or phone number

We’ll look it up and resend your login details if needed.
