I’m stuck on a loading screen – what should I do?

If you're trying to view your child’s school photo gallery or checkout page and the screen won’t load, don’t worry — here are a few things you can try to fix it quickly.


🔄 1. Refresh the Page

Sometimes the page may time out or freeze. Try clicking the refresh/reload button on your browser.


🌐 2. Switch Your Device or Browser

If refreshing doesn’t work:

  • Try a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox)

  • Or use a different device such as a phone, tablet, or desktop computer

Older versions of browsers or unsupported apps (like in-app browsers in Facebook or Messenger) can occasionally cause problems.


📱 3. Using a Mobile Device?

The shop is mobile-friendly, but if you're stuck:

  • Try opening the gallery in a private/incognito tab

  • Or switch to a desktop/laptop for the best experience


🧹 4. Clear Your Browser Cache

Stored website data can sometimes cause display issues. To clear your cache:

  • On Chrome: SettingsPrivacyClear browsing data

  • Then restart the browser and try again


🔒 5. Check Your Network or School Wi-Fi

Some school or work networks may block access. Try switching to mobile data or a different Wi-Fi connection.

  • Take a screenshot (if possible)

  • Contact our support team with your child’s name, school, and the login code (if you have it)
