I’ve got more than one child – do I need separate logins?
Yes — each child will receive a separate proof card with their own unique login code. This applies even if your children attend the same school.
👨👩👧 Why separate codes?
Each child is photographed individually, and their photos are stored in their own secure gallery. This ensures privacy and easy access to the right images.
You’ll receive a proof card for each child.
If your children were also photographed together in a sibling photo, that image will usually appear in the gallery of one child only, typically the eldest.
🔄 Can I view both galleries in one place?
Yes! Once you're logged into one child's gallery, you’ll have the option to switch between galleries by entering the other code(s). This lets you view all your children's photos without logging in and out each time.
🧺 Can I order a single pack using photos from both children?
In many cases — yes.
Our Mix and Match packages let you build a photo pack using images from multiple galleries (e.g. individual portraits and sibling photos).
This includes combining photos across different schools or school years if all galleries are under your account.
