Can I order photos from previous years?
Yes — you can order photos from previous years at any time. There’s no expiry date on your gallery access.
🔁 How to access older galleries
If you still have your original proof card or login code, simply enter it at https://order.wrates.co.uk to view and order from that gallery.
All previous orders and galleries will be visible under your account if you’ve used the same email address to log in
You can order prints or digital downloads, just like you would with current-year photos
🔐 Lost your login code?
No problem — if you no longer have your proof card, we may still be able to help.
Contact us with your child’s name, school, and year group
For safeguarding reasons, we’ll contact the school to request permission before releasing a new login code
If you already have a Wrates account, we may be able to re-link past galleries directly

If your photos were taken before 2024, they may be stored on our previous ordering system.
Please contact us and we’ll guide you through accessing them.
