How do I place an order?

Placing an order is quick and easy, but there’s one important step to get right:
👉 You must select your product first, then choose the photo you want to use.

Many users try to start by clicking a photo — but to build your order correctly, always begin by choosing your product.

1. Go to https://order.wrates.co.uk

2. Enter your child’s login code (on your proof card or in your message)

3. Choose a pack, print size, or digital download

4. After selecting a product, you’ll be able to choose the photo(s) you want to include

5. Click ‘Add to basket’

6. Repeat for any additional products

7. Click ‘Basket’, then ‘Checkout’

8. Enter your delivery and payment details

9. Confirm your order — a confirmation email will be sent straight away

You'll always need to pick your product first, then assign the photo during the selection process.

• Free school delivery is available before the deadline

• Home delivery is available any time (standard postage applies)
